Job summary

Naranja X is seeking a Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end data migration programs for a major ERP migration project. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define migration approaches, controls and risk management to ensure a reliable transition to the target system.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale programs.
• Knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with ERP migrations (preferred: S/4HANA).
• Intermediate to advanced English for interviews and daily work.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams
• Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues
• Ensure a smooth and reliable transition with minimal disruption
• Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders
