AgileEngine is seeking a Campaign Manager to own end-to-end delivery of email marketing campaigns for enterprise loyalty clients. You will gather requirements, validate briefs, and lead kickoff meetings with internal teams to ensure flawless execution across campaigns.

You’ll manage the marketing calendar, serve as the primary client contact, and oversee day-to-day operations including deployment, data handling, segmentation, and testing. Remote work with LATAM flexibility is offered.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in a campaign management, account management, or project management role.
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud required.
• Experience with a new client implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and client deadlines with minimal oversight.
• Strong written, verbal communication, and problem-solving skills with an impeccable eye for detail.
• Ability to work directly in a client-facing role.
• Agency experience or corporate in-house agency experience.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and document client campaign requirements clearly.
• Validate briefs for completeness before handoff to Development.
• Lead kick-off meetings with internal teams and partners.
• Own the marketing calendar for assigned clients.
• Serve as primary client contact for campaign status and escalations.
• Oversee day-to-day campaign setup, trafficking, QA, and optimization.
• Manage deployment including data, segmentation, scheduling, and sending.
• Submit and track campaigns in project tools; maintain documentation.
• Support A/B and MVT test planning with defined, executable structures.
• Identify process inefficiencies and improve workflow.
• Develop robust campaign/process documentation for clients.
• Escalate risks to avoid missed SLAs.
• Year-end success: campaigns on schedule; calendar maintained; proactive client communication.
