Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Campaign Manager to own end-to-end delivery of email marketing campaigns for enterprise loyalty clients. The role requires coordinating campaigns from brief to deployment, managing timelines, and serving as the primary client contact.

You will work with teams across development and marketing, ensuring briefs are complete, tests are planned (A/B/MVT), and campaigns run smoothly with ongoing optimization and documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in campaign, account, or project management.
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with a new client implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and client deadlines with minimal oversight.
• Strong written, verbal communication, and problem-solving skills with an impeccable eye for detail.
• Ability to work directly in a client-facing role.
• Agency experience or corporate in-house agency experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document client campaign requirements prior to build.
• Validate campaign briefs for completeness including audience, content, offer, and timeline.
• Lead kick-off meetings with internal teams and external partners.
• Own the marketing calendar for assigned clients and track milestones.
• Serve as the primary client contact for campaign status, delivery, and escalations.
• Oversee day-to-day operational processes including campaign setup, trafficking, QA coordination, and optimization.
• Manage deployment including subscriber data, audience segmentation, scheduling, and sending for loyalty clients.
• Submit campaigns in Workfront/Jira and maintain documentation standards.
• Support A/B and multivariate test planning with defined and executable structures.
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose workflow improvements.
• Develop campaign and process documentation with client-specific instructions.
• Escalate risks and blockers to avoid missed SLAs.
