AgileEngine is seeking a Campaign Manager to own end-to-end email campaigns for enterprise loyalty clients. You will document requirements, manage the campaign calendar, and coordinate delivery across internal teams and external partners. Strong English and client-facing PM skills are essential.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in campaign, account, or project management.
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (formerly ExactTarget).
• Experience with new client implementation and client-facing communication.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and document client campaign requirements and confirm all details before build.
• Validate briefs for completeness: audience, content, offer, and timeline.
• Lead kick-off meetings with internal teams and external partners.
• Own the marketing calendar and track milestones across campaigns.
• Serve as primary client contact for status, delivery, and escalations.
• Manage campaign setup, trafficking, QA, and optimization activities.
• Coordinate deployment including data, segmentation, and sending for loyalty clients.
• Submit campaigns in Workfront/Jira and maintain documentation standards.
• Support A/B and multivariate test planning and document test structures.
