Talent Global LLC is seeking an Ecommerce & Content Marketing Manager for one of its US-based clients. The role combines content creation, ecommerce optimization, and marketing analysis across multiple channels.

You will own day-to-day marketing execution, craft social content, improve product pages, analyze performance, and coordinate with agencies and freelancers. Remote, full-time with US Mountain Time overlap. Portfolio required.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in ecommerce or digital marketing.
• Portfolio showcasing social media content and ecommerce work is required.
• Experience with Amazon ecommerce is desirable; Shopify experience encouraged.
• Strong content creation and data-driven optimization skills.
• Ability to execute across multiple channels and manage projects.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day marketing execution across ecommerce and social channels.
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish content on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest.
• Design graphics and edit short-form videos for social media.
• Produce demonstrations, UGC content, reels, captions, overlays.
• Repurpose high-performing content across platforms to maximize reach.
• Write captions and manage the content calendar.
• Monitor community engagement and identify feedback and trends.
• Track social performance and optimize content accordingly.
• Improve ecommerce product pages and merchandising assets.
• Analyze competitor activity and ecommerce performance for growth.
• Create and edit video assets for listings and ads.
• Collaborate with agencies and freelancers with clear direction.
• Support new product launches across ecommerce channels.
• Maintain monthly marketing reports and turn data into recommendations.
• Support additional initiatives like email marketing and creator outreach.
