Talent Global LLC. is seeking an experienced e-commerce professional to manage customer experience and order support for a growing US-based DTC brand. The role will start with customer support and expand into logistics coordination with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and suppliers.

You will handle tickets via Gorgias, process returns in Shopify, and resolve shipping issues while gradually taking on broader operations responsibilities. Strong written English and independent work style are essential.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce customer experience, operations, or logistics.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify and Gorgias.
• Experience working with 3PLs, freight forwarders, or supply-chain partners.
• Excellent written English communications.
• Available 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday, during US hours.
• Organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Nice to have: WMS experience.
• Nice to have: Beauty, fashion, or consumer products background.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with AI tools like Claude.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer support tickets through Gorgias via email.
• Process returns and refunds through Shopify.
• Resolve shipping-address issues, order holds, and fulfillment questions.
• Coordinate with 3PL on customer/order issues.
• Communicate with suppliers and manufacturing partners.
• Assist with freight-forwarder communication and shipping quotes.
• Help coordinate inbound shipments to arrive on schedule.
• Gradually take on additional e-commerce and operations duties.
