BlueTuskr is a fully remote e-commerce growth agency helping brands scale profitably. We seek a Project Manager to own day-to-day execution across paid media, creative, owned media, and analytics, ensuring on-time delivery and cross-functional alignment.

You'll optimize workflows, tighten timelines, and build scalable processes with the Lead Project Manager. The role rewards meticulous organizers who enjoy turning messy processes into clean, reliable systems and strong client partnerships.

Formación

• 2–4 years of project management experience, preferably in an agency.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines.
• Proficiency with Asana or similar tools and Google Sheets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Process-first mindset focused on documenting and improving workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily workflow for a portfolio of client accounts across teams.
• Keep projects on scope and schedule, flag risks early.
• Serve as the connective tissue between paid media, creative, owned media and analytics.
• Maintain up-to-date project status in Asana for the team.
• Identify bottlenecks and design improved processes with the Lead PM.
• Coordinate with account leads to align client expectations with delivery.
