BlueTuskr is seeking an Email Marketing Lead to build and lead the department, driving email, SMS, and growth strategies for clients. You will own strategy, automation, segmentation, and reporting across platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, and Mailchimp, while leveraging AI to accelerate results.

This fully remote leadership role requires extensive hands-on experience, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to guide a team and engage with clients directly to demonstrate impact and ROI.

Formación

• 5+ years in email marketing, including leadership or mentoring
• Experience with email, SMS marketing and lifecycle strategies
• Proven track-record managing client accounts or teams
• E-commerce or D2C brand experience (agency or in-house)
• Comfortable using AI tools to speed up workflows

Responsabilidades

• Set strategy and standards for the email department
• Lead execution and departmental build-out
• Participate in client calls to represent department thinking
• Own analytics tracking and reporting for campaigns
• Pilot new AI-enabled approaches to email marketing
