The Global Talent Co. is seeking a Strategic Project Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives across strategy, analytics, and retail partnerships. Reporting to the Senior Strategy Manager, you will own end-to-end projects from ideation to measurement in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.

This remote role offers EST-aligned business hours, exposure to multiple business areas, and the chance to shape growth for a mission-driven brand with global reach.

Formación

• 3–5 years in strategy, PM, or consulting in fast-growth environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with large data sets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage strategic and cross-functional projects end-to-end.
• Support retention and customer growth initiatives.
• Conduct market, competitive and customer analyses to inform decisions.
• Build and maintain complex models in Sheets/Excel to forecast initiatives.
• Manage dashboards using Sheets, Excel, and Tableau.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
