BlueTuskr, a full-service e-commerce growth agency, is seeking a Project Manager to own the day-to-day execution of client projects across paid media, creative, owned media, and analytics.

You’ll streamline workflows, tighten timelines, and build scalable systems with the Lead Project Manager, helping a growing team deliver quality results without drama.

The role rewards a structure-loving, process-minded communicator who can keep multiple accounts on track while maintaining high standards.

Formación

• 2–4 years of project management experience, agency experience preferred.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines.
• Proficiency with Asana or similar project management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Process-first mindset with focus on documenting and improving workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily workflow for a portfolio of client accounts, tracking deliverables and deadlines.
• Flag risks early and keep projects on scope and schedule.
• Coordinate across Paid Media, Creative, Owned Media, and Analytics.
• Maintain accurate project status in Asana and support onboarding of new clients/team members.
• Develop and implement improved processes and templates.
