Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end paid media for DTC/eCommerce brands. This is a remote role with client-facing duties across US East hours, and you will defend attribution decisions and drive NC-CPA/NC-ROAS outcomes.

You will audit accounts, own feeds and tracking, and build scalable landing pages and scripts. Experience with Shopping, PMax, GA4, GTM, and Shopify is essential. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with real budgets for DTC/ecommerce
• Experience with Shopping, PMax and brand vs non-brand campaigns
• Fluent English and client-facing communication

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end as strategist, buyer, and client contact
• Audit accounts before touching campaigns: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, impression share, landing pages, conversions
• Audit and manage Feed health, Shopping, and PMax delivery; own Merchant Center hygiene
• Own landing pages and tracking: GA4, GTM, Shopify goal imports; ensure reconciled numbers
• Differentiate Brand vs Non-brand campaigns and report separately
• Defend attribution decisions and monitor NC-CPA and NC-ROAS
