Job summary

High Scale is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end paid media for DTC brands. This remote role requires ownership of accounts, client communication, and the ability to defend your strategy during calls.

You will audit feeds, tracking, and landing pages, optimize PMax and brand vs non-brand campaigns, and build the assets needed to move metrics. You can live anywhere, but US Eastern hours for calls are required.

Qualifications

• Hands on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Own client relationships; you are the direct client contact.
• Audit and optimize funnels, tracking, and landing pages.
• Communicate clearly in English with clients and team.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end.
• Lead client calls, write updates, defend your decisions.
• Audit accounts: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, tracking.
• Align PMax with incremental metrics; separate brand vs non-brand.
• Own feed, landing pages, and analytics to drive ROI.
• Build and deploy landing pages or scripts when needed.
