Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Growth Strategist / AI-Native Marketing Agency for remote LATAM. You will own client Google Ads accounts end to end, including strategy, execution, and direct client communication.

The role emphasizes attribution, no-blind automation, and building Claude-powered workflows. We require hands-on experience with Google Ads for DTC/eCommerce, English fluency for calls, and the ability to manage multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend and measurable results.
• Fluent in English for client calls and updates.
• Experience running multiple client accounts with several locations.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of client Google Ads accounts end to end as strategist, buyer and main client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything, reviewing structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, and tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses and optimize for incremental lift.
• Own feed, Merchant Center hygiene, and tracking across GA4, GTM, and Shopify.
• Build landing pages and scripts as needed; ship Claude-based workflows and tools.
