Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own a portfolio of DTC accounts from intake to results. You will directly communicate with clients, defend your decisions, and drive growth through paid media, landing pages, and tracking improvements.

You must be fluent in English, experienced with GA4/GTM, and comfortable building or adapting landing pages with Claude AI. This role is remote globally with US-hour client calls and strong autonomy.

Qualifications

• Hands on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Able to present results, plans and reasoning directly to clients.
• Experience auditing and optimizing campaigns and feeds.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end including client contact.
• Audit campaigns, structure, keywords, negatives, bidding and conversion tracking.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate entities; optimize PMax carefully.
• Own feed health and Shopping/PMax impact; track performance with GA4/GT M.
