Job summary

Superprof is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator to manage creative marketing projects for a US-based agency. You will own timelines, coordinate cross-disciplinary teams, and ensure campaigns stay on track from kickoff to delivery.

With 2+ years in creative/marketing PM, you’ll optimize workflows, track progress, and communicate clearly with stakeholders. This fully remote contractor role offers US hours, USD pay, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience.
• Proficiency with PM tools like Asana, Trello, Wrike, or Monday.com.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for clients and teams.
• Understanding of creative production workflows in marketing campaigns.
• Problem-solving mindset to remove bottlenecks.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project timelines across multiple campaigns.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams of designers, copywriters and strategists.
• Manage workload and resources to meet objectives.
• Track progress and report updates to stakeholders.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams and clients.
