Job summary

Virtustant is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for its US marketing agency client. This fully remote contractor role from LATAM focuses on coordinating creative campaigns, timelines, and cross-functional teams in a data-driven marketing environment.

You will own end-to-end project management, from onboarding to delivery, crafting briefs in Claude-inspired workflows, and ensuring quality across SEO, social, and paid media channels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Proficiency with PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication abilities for updates to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of how design and content fit into larger marketing campaigns.
• Problem-solving mindset to identify bottlenecks and keep projects on track.

Responsibilities

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines across multiple campaigns in project platforms.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams with designers, copywriters, and strategists.
• Manage workload and resources to meet project objectives.
• Track progress with reports and elevate issues to stakeholders.
• Optimize processes and implement best practices in creative operations.
• Facilitate clear and regular communication with internal teams.
