Job summary

Virtustant is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator to oversee creative campaigns for a US marketing agency. This fully remote role focuses on coordinating timelines, assets, and cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns launch on schedule.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of creative/marketing project management experience, proficiency with PM tools, and strong communication skills. This remote, international position offers flexible hours and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong ability to coordinate with design, copywriting, and marketing teams.
• Proficient with PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello).

Responsibilities

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines across multiple campaigns.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams with designers, copywriters, and strategists.
• Manage Workload & Resources by assessing capacity and reallocating tasks as needed.
• Track & Report Progress using project tracking reports and stakeholder updates.
• Optimize Processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements.
• Facilitate Communication as the main touchpoint for internal teams and deadlines.
