Qualifications

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience.
• Agency environment experience handling design, copywriting, or marketing projects.
• Proficiency in PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello).
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication abilities and leadership presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines using platforms like Asana and similar tools.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams across designers, copywriters, and strategists.
• Manage Workload & Resources by balancing capacity and priorities.
• Track & Report Progress with status updates and risk flags.
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize processes for efficiency.
• Facilitate Communication as the go-to contact for stakeholders.
