Virtustant is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a US marketing agency. This fully remote role oversees creative campaigns from kickoff to delivery, coordinating schedules and deadlines across cross-functional teams.

You’ll manage timelines, track progress, and optimize processes to ensure smooth operations. A minimum of 2+ years in creative/marketing project management and familiarity with PM tools like Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or Trello are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience, preferably in an agency.
• Hands-on use of PM tools to plan and track multiple campaigns.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication with cross-functional teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines across campaigns in PM tools.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers and copywriters.
• Manage workload and resources to meet objectives.
• Track progress and report status to stakeholders.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
• Provide clear updates to internal teams and leadership.
