Job summary

Pavago is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for its US marketing agency. This fully remote role manages creative campaigns end-to-end, coordinating schedules, deadlines, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.

You’ll craft timelines, resolve roadblocks, and optimize workflows in a fast-paced agency setting. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in creative/marketing project management, strong organizational skills, and fluency with PM tools like Asana or Wrike.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Creative/Marketing Project Management experience, preferably in an agency.
• Strong organizational, time-management and multi-project oversight skills.
• Ability to coordinate designers, copywriters, and strategists.
• Solid communication with internal teams and leadership.
• Familiarity with creative workflows within marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities
