Equals True LLC is seeking a Design Director who will lead multidisciplinary teams to craft digital identities for top brands. You will own the creative direction, mentor designers, and shape briefs with clients and stakeholders.

You’ll drive brand, visual design and UI work, build design systems, and stay ahead with emerging tools. This is a remote, LATAM-friendly, full-time engagement with a social mission and inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multidisciplinary design teams in digital contexts.
• Digital-first portfolio showing craft and process from concept to delivery.
• Strong hands-on skills in brand, visual design and UI, including wireframes.
• Experience building a design system or visual framework from scratch.
• Ability to present and defend design decisions with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; collaboration tools like Notion and Miro.

Responsabilités

• Lead design for agency projects for world‑class brands.
• Own projects from concept through final delivery and set creative direction.
• Work across art direction, brand, visual design, and UI to create digital experiences.
• Partner with clients, producers, and strategists to shape briefs and guide decisions.
• Mentor designers with feedback and strong creative judgment.
• Build and refine design systems, tools, and workflows for better collaboration.
• Stay curious about tools and AI, using them when they add value.
