CreativeWise is seeking a Creative Director to lead brand concepts from ideation through client presentation and delivery. You will shape moodboards and storytelling, guiding a team of designers with credibility and warmth.

Your English is excellent, and you excel at presenting ideas, directing projects, and managing client relationships. You will work closely with our founder to steer growth and influence studio direction.

Remote in Argentina, Buenos Aires preferred · Full-time · $4,000 to $6,000 USD per month

We're a brand and packaging studio with an Argentine team, mostly in Buenos Aires, working for US consumer brands. Tequila, wine, water, supplements, skin care, and more. Our work is on the shelves at major US retailers and sold directly to customers across the country. One of our brands sponsors University of Texas athletics, one of the biggest programs in college sports. Some clients are startups, some are established names.

We punch far above our size, and we're growing faster than we can keep up with. Right now, every concept, every client room, every "wow" moment runs through one person. That's what we're hiring to change.

We're looking for a Creative Director. The sharpest mind in the room. Someone who came up through design, spent years in the craft, and then grown out of executing and into directing. You see a concept and know how to make it stronger. You build a moodboard and a story around it that makes a client go, "you guys nailed it".

You're brilliant in a room. Your English is excellent, and you present like it's the best part of your week. You're warm, organized, quick, funny, never the person with the poker face. You can lead a call, and a project. Clients trust you fast, and your designers do too, because you can tell them why a design works, not just that it does.

You'll own brands end to end: the concept, the client relationship, the presentation, the deadlines, the team doing the work. You'll work directly with our founder, with real say in how the studio grows.

What you get:

• $4,000 to $6,000 USD per month, depending on experience and English fluency, paid in dollars
• Fully remote, with team retreats where we all get together in person
