Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a creative lead or similar role.
• Strong history of guiding diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
• Advanced design-tool skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
• Proficient in using AI tools as part of a thoughtful creative workflow.
• Experience leading project teams and mentoring peers.
• Excellent English communication; articulate ideas clearly.

• Refine and develop prompts to drive high-quality output across formats.
