Beyond in Buenos Aires is seeking a Lead Visual Designer to push thinking from concept to production. You’ll craft web experiences that fuse product utility with bold brand storytelling, across platforms and AI‑driven experiences.

You’ll collaborate with CDs, ACDs, UX, product, engineers, and copywriters to ensure ideas are technically feasible and beautifully executed. This is a maker role with leadership responsibilities and opportunities to mentor junior designers.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in digital/interactive design (agency or in‑house).
• Proven track record of award‑winning design with big‑picture creativity and execution.
• Exceptional client‑facing presentation skills and ability to pitch ideas.
• Deep mastery of Figma, typography, layout, and responsive frameworks; design systems.
• Comfort designing for AI-powered, adaptive, contextual experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional creative for high‑impact web platforms, connecting product utility with brand storytelling and market positioning.
• Translate bold ideas into world‑class client-facing deliverables (UI, responsive design, design systems, prototypes).
• Create decks and prototypes, communicating the strategic thought and why behind your choices to C‑suite and teams.
• Work with UX, product strategy, engineers, data scientists, and copywriters to ensure feasibility and UX quality.
• Lead discipline, champion great design, and mentor junior staff.
