Uniquely Digital, LLC is seeking a Creative Strategist in Latin America to own creative strategy and execution across our client portfolio. You will turn briefs into complete creative systems—concepts, hooks, copy, visuals, and testing opportunities—while guiding designers and editors and leveraging AI tools when fast iteration is needed.

Ideal candidates will own end-to-end creative for client accounts, write natural American ad copy, and translate data into stronger creative and testing ideas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance creative, paid social, or digital advertising.
• Experience serving U.S. brands or U.S.-based agencies.
• Excellent written and spoken English with natural American ad copy.
• Experience owning creative end-to-end for at least one client account.
• Hands-on experience with AI image- and video-generation tools.

Responsabilités

• Expand briefs into complete creative sets: concepts, hooks, copy, formats and variations.
• Develop creative across Meta, Google Display, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube/CTV, and other paid channels.
• Plan and direct structure for kinetic and short-form video.
• Identify formats and testing opportunities based on data and trends.
• Direct design teams and provide specific revision feedback.
• Own final internal creative approval before client delivery.
