Naranja X is seeking a Data Migration Lead to steer a global data migration program for a major automotive client within a consulting context. You will plan end-to-end activities, coordinate cross-functional teams and implement robust controls to ensure clean, reliable data in the target system.

The role requires strong English, experience with large-scale migrations (preferably ERP/S/4HANA), and availability for UTC business hours in a fully remote setting.

Competenze

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English — interviews and daily work conducted in English.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
