Job summary

Gyc Comunicaciones S.A. is seeking a Technical Project Manager - Data Center (Remote) to own client relationships and delivery across hardware deployment, cabling, power and cooling. You will manage tickets end-to-end, coordinate multi-workstream projects, and ensure accuracy of work orders with vendors.

The role requires hands-on datacenter experience, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to lead a small technical team while maintaining client trust and project momentum.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of datacenter operations, infrastructure or related field.
• Direct client-facing technical experience, bridging tech and business.
• Hands-on familiarity with server hardware, cabling, power, and remote hands.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned client accounts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Own the full ticket lifecycle in Jira, ServiceNow, or equivalent ITSM platform.
• Track multi-workstream projects across planning, procurement, deployment, and sign-off.
• Oversee on-site and remote hands work: server rack/stack, cabling, power, and cooling.
• Manage budgets, submit change orders, and review vendor invoices.
• Lead and develop a small technical team; set priorities and run resource planning.
