Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in datacenter operations or related technical field.
• Direct client-facing experience in a technical role.
• Hands-on familiarity with server hardware, structured cabling, power distribution.
• Experience owning project budgets, SOWs, or vendor purchase orders.
• Proven ability to manage and develop a small technical team.
• Strong written and verbal communication for tickets and client reports.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical contact for assigned client accounts across the project lifecycle.
• Lead onboarding, scoping calls and technical review meetings.
• Translate client requirements into actionable work orders and tickets.
• Own tickets lifecycle in Jira/ServiceNow; create and close tickets with clear docs.
• Maintain a live project dashboard for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee on-site and remote hands work; manage hardware and cabling tasks.
• Coordinate procurement with vendors; review lead times and RMAs.
• Track budgets, flag overruns, and process change orders.
• Lead a remote/on-site team; plan shifts and resource allocation.
• Develop SOPs and onboarding materials; identify skill gaps.
