Job summary

PwC Argentina is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead data center projects remotely. You will own client relationships, coordinate across planning, procurement, deployment, and sign-off, and ensure tight integration between technical delivery and commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities include managing tickets in ITSM platforms, maintaining dashboards, and guiding on-site and remote hands operations while upholding safety and change control protocols.

Qualifications

• Hands-on datacenter or technical infra experience.
• Experience leading client-facing projects with technical scopes.
• Proficiency using ITSM and project tooling for end-to-end tickets.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for assigned client accounts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead onboarding, scoping calls, and technical review meetings with clients.
• Translate requirements into actionable work orders and internal tickets.
• Manage SLA commitments, report delivery status, and handle escalations without handoffs.
• Build long-term relationships to reduce churn and drive account expansion.
• Own the full ticket lifecycle in Jira, ServiceNow, or equivalent ITSM tool.
• Track multi-workstream projects across planning, procurement, deployment, and sign-off.
• Oversee on-site and remote-hands work including server rack/stack, cabling, power and cooling.
• Coordinate with vendors on procurement, lead times, and RMA logistics.
• Ensure safety, change management, and access protocols in datacenters.
• Provide technical guidance to junior technicians on-site.
