Hire Hangar, Inc. is a remote product studio building MVPs and production-ready software for startups and companies.

You will own end-to-end workflow features, work with the client’s engineers in the same repo, and guide AI coding tools to produce reliable code. You report to studio leadership and collaborate with the lead developer and product manager to deliver four to five features per two-week sprint, with a focus on server side design through Azure SQL up to React UI.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building full-stack web applications and releasing them to production.
• Experience working in a codebase you didn't write, learning conventions before changing it.
• Hands-on work on workflow software with role-based data views, approvals, tasks, and audit history.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript and SQL on Azure, including schema design and migrations.

Responsabilités

• Build server-side APIs and React/TypeScript UI for new workflow features.
• Own end-to-end area (e.g., task engine or legacy migration) without breaking live features.
• Review diffs, tests and migrations; ensure acceptance criteria are met before merge.
• Deliver four to five features per two-week sprint in a live production environment.
