Prolific is a remote product studio building MVPs and custom software for startups and established companies. You’ll join a live project to add workflow features while keeping current ones running, with server-side focus from Azure SQL up through the API and UI in React/TypeScript.

You’ll direct AI coding tools, review diffs line-by-line, and decide what to implement; the role suits someone who enjoys close collaboration with engineers and product managers and who can deliver four to five

Qualifications

• 4+ years building full-stack web applications and releasing to production.
• Experience working in a codebase you didn't write and learning its conventions.
• Hands-on work on workflow software with roles, data access controls, approvals, queues or state machines.
• React, TypeScript and SQL on Azure, including schema design and migrations.
• Daily use of AI coding tools on production work with tests and CI behind it.
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Experience delivering in fixed-scope sprints with branches, code review and feature flags.

Responsabilités

• Build server-side features from the SQL database on Azure up through the API.
• Create React and TypeScript screens that sit on top of the existing system.
• Own end-to-end a product area (e.g., task engine or legacy migration) without breaking live features.
• Review AI-generated diffs, guide merges, and decide what to implement by hand if needed.
• Deliver four to five features per two-week sprint, verified before merge.
