Hire Hangar, Inc. is seeking a senior full-stack engineer to build and own end-to-end workflow features for a live product.

You’ll handle SQL migrations from Azure to API and craft React/TypeScript screens, while directing AI coding tools for specs, tests and migrations. You will work with the leadership, lead developer and product manager to deliver four to five features every two weeks, ensuring each is verified before merge.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building full-stack web apps deployed to production.
• Experience learning unfamiliar codebases and conventions.
• Workflow software with role-based data, approvals and audit logs.
• Proficient in React, TypeScript and SQL on Azure; design and migrations.
• Daily use of AI coding tools with tests and CI behind it.
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Experience delivering in fixed-scope sprints with code reviews and feature flags.

Responsabilités

• Build server-side features from Azure up to API and React/TS UI.
• Review AI-generated diffs; approve merges.
• Collaborate with lead dev and product manager on sprint goals and acceptance criteria.
• Deliver 4–5 features per two-week sprint; own one area end to end.
