Hire Hangar, Inc. is seeking a senior full-stack engineer to join a remote product studio building MVPs and live workflow software. You will work on server-side data flows from Azure SQL to APIs and build React/TypeScript UI screens atop the existing product.

AI coding tools will draft much of the specs, tests, and migrations, and you will guide them or write the code directly as needed. You will report to studio leadership and collaborate with the lead developer and product manager.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building full-stack web apps and releasing to production.
• Able to learn a codebase you didn’t write and follow its conventions.
• Experience with workflow software including roles, approvals, queues, or state machines.
• Proficient in React, TypeScript and SQL on Azure, with schema design and migrations.
• Daily use of AI coding tools on production work with tests and CI behind it.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Experience delivering in fixed-scope sprints with branches and feature flags.

Responsabilités

• Join the team building workflow features for a live product; new features while others run.
• Direct AI coding tools, review diffs, and decide merges; write code by hand if preferred.
• Work with leadership, lead developer, and product manager to meet sprint acceptance criteria.
• Deliver four to five features per two-week sprint and own one area end to end.
