Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager for a fully remote role (USD) supporting LATAM and universities/nonprofit partners. Lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights across marketing and CRM data to drive smarter decisions.

You will build dashboards, identify trends, and improve reporting systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong English and agency experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboards, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• CRM experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Native or near-native English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams.
• Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations.
