This is a fully remote, USD-paid position that works with LATAM teams and external partners, delivering high-impact analytics across campaigns and platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support data accuracy across platforms and conversion tracking.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams.
