Job summary

Atomic Hr is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager for a fully remote position targeting universities and nonprofit partners in LATAM. Lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights across marketing and CRM data to drive smarter decisions and campaign improvements.

Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, identify trends, improve reporting systems, and support strategic marketing decisions through data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams.
• Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations.
• Research new tools and solutions to support growth.
