Job summary

Software Mind is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager for a fully remote, USD-compensated role focused on LATAM universities and nonprofit partners. You will transform complex marketing and CRM data into actionable insights, build dashboards, and support strategic marketing decisions.

You will work with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to improve reporting systems, track performance, and drive growth through data-driven optimization.

Qualifications

5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams.
Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations.
Research new tools and solutions to support growth.
