Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager for a fully remote role serving LATAM education and nonprofit partners. You will transform marketing and CRM data into clear insights, build dashboards, and support strategic decisions to drive campaign performance.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to improve reporting systems, ensure data accuracy, and explore new tools to enable scalable analytics across universities and missions-driven campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Native or near-native English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams.
• Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations.
• Research new tools and solutions to support growth.
