Power Digital Marketing is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager for a fully remote role serving universities and nonprofit partners in a LATAM-focused setup. You’ll lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights to transform complex marketing and CRM data into actionable recommendations.

You’ll collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, monitor trends, improve reporting processes, and support data-driven decision making

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Native or near-native English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
