Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager for a fully remote role in LATAM. You will lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights for universities and nonprofit partners, translating complex marketing and CRM data into actionable guidance for teams.

You’ll collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, improve reporting systems, monitor campaigns, and drive data-driven decision making.

Formación

• 5+ years in analytics or marketing data
• Strong reporting and visualization skills
• Familiar with marketing KPIs and lead reporting
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Slate)

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights
• Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
