Job summary

Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager for a fully remote role in LATAM, paid in USD. You will lead analytics strategy across higher education and nonprofit partners, transforming marketing and CRM data into actionable insights to lift campaign performance.

You'll build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and partner with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership to improve reporting and data accuracy. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead reporting.
• Fluent English (native or near-native).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams.
• Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations.
• Research new tools and solutions to support growth.
