Job summary

Overseas is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager for a fully remote position serving LATAM universities and nonprofit partners. The role focuses on turning marketing and CRM data into actionable insights to improve campaigns and enrollments, with dashboards, reporting, and data governance at the core.

You’ll collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership to drive data-driven decisions, build scalable reporting, and explore new tools to support growth in a mission-driven agency

Qualifications

5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
Strong reporting, dashboards, and data visualization skills.
Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams.
Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations.
Research new tools and solutions to support growth.
