Job summary

Making Science Group is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager for a fully remote role paid in USD. You will lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights across universities and nonprofit partners, transforming marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable guidance to improve campaigns.

You will collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to ensure data quality, scalable reporting, and strategic analytics across LATAM education clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead reporting.
• CRM experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Slate.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
• Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams
• Improve analytics processes and reporting operations
• Research new tools to support growth
