Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager for a remote role supporting LATAM universities and nonprofit partners.

You will lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights across campaigns and CRM data to drive smarter decisions and stronger outcomes. Work closely with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, identify trends, improve reporting systems, and inform marketing decisions with data.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Proficient in building dashboards and data visualizations.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiar with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Slate).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams.
