SupportYourApp, Inc. is hiring a Community Strategy & Operations Consultant to work remotely from anywhere in the world. You will manage creator projects, monitor performance and coordinate cross-functional workflows while maintaining a high standard of quality and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates communicate in native Spanish and English (C1), demonstrate strong project management and data skills in Google Sheets, and take ownership of tasks with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Formación

• Native Spanish and excellent English communication skills (C1) required.
• Solid project management skills and proactive ownership of tasks.
• Experience handling data in Google Sheets with filters, formulas, and pivot tables.
• Ability to organize tasks, set priorities and drive execution independently.

Responsabilidades

• Source, contact and activate creators for projects and missions.
• Monitor creator performance and provide feedback or re-training.
• Coordinate projects and workflows to ensure on-time, accurate deliverables.
• Handle operational issues and escalations to resolution.
• Collaborate with agents and cross-functional teams for effective operations.
• Identify issues and contribute to process improvements.
