Pavago is hiring a Customer Success Manager / Account Manager to nurture relationships with existing customers, support onboarding, and optimize retention. You will be the primary contact, ensure customers derive value, and proactively address concerns to reduce churn.

The role emphasizes client-facing relationship management, onboarding coordination, account health tracking, and growth opportunities across assigned accounts in a remote U.S.-hour aligned setup.

Formación

• 2+ years in customer success or account management.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
• Strong organization and follow-through.
• CRM experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Support onboarding and ensure a smooth transition.
• Monitor account health and retention; identify risks.
• Identify upsell opportunities and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and document follow-ups.
