Job summary

Codekeeper is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary contact for clients, delivering proactive support from home and building lasting relationships. You will manage inquiries related to insurance sales, benefits administration, and general account questions, while conducting outbound telemarketing to promote services and identify new opportunities.

Collaboration with marketing will enhance client engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with focus on customer interaction.
• Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication in multiple languages; bilingual a plus.
• Familiarity with sales administration processes and data analysis of client information.
• Knowledge of insurance sales or benefits administration desirable.
• Excellent customer service and understanding of HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive data.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with high productivity.
