Job summary

Teem is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary client liaison from home. In this role you will handle insurance sales inquiries, benefits administration questions, and general account support while conducting outbound outreach to promote services.

You will work independently in a remote setup, leveraging multilingual skills and strong negotiation abilities to improve customer satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing
• Strong negotiation and multilingual communication abilities
• Familiarity with sales administration and data analysis
• HIPAA awareness when handling sensitive information
