Veta Virtual is seeking a Customer Retention Representative to join a revenue-focused retention team for a leading fintech/crypto client. You will re-engage inactive customers by phone and text, leveraging consultative selling and incentives to recover revenue and drive active status.

You’ll conduct high-volume outreach, analyze transaction history to target prospects, and address hesitations with confident, empathetic conversations.

Formación

• Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and drive outcomes through consultative, relationship-based selling.
• Strong verbal communication and phone presence with professional tone.
• Proven track record in managing diverse customer relationships and meeting revenue/retention targets.
• Ability to explain cryptocurrency concepts in simple terms and handle objections confidently.
• Self-motivated, goal oriented and capable of thriving in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Outbound outreach to hundreds of existing customers daily by phone with targeted text follow ups.
• Identify target customers via data analysis based on activity history and revenue potential.
• Engage customers in consultative conversations about the platform's value and benefits.
• Educate customers on products, services, and how the platform works for all users.
• Handle objections and competing offers with a solutions-oriented approach.
• Use promos and incentives to drive re-engagement and revenue recovery.
• Identify trends and opportunities to grow per-customer revenue over time.
• Maintain accurate logs of interactions in CRM for traceability.
