Veta Virtual is seeking a Client Services Associate for a high-growth fintech client in crypto. The role is fully remote with LATAM or Europe residency, focusing on relationship management, compliance, and education of crypto basics to ensure a seamless trading experience.

You will handle client inquiries, ensure procedures are followed, and collaborate with compliance to monitor suspicious activity while driving client engagement and trust in our over-the-counter desk.

Formación

• 3+ years in customer service or client relations
• Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow procedures in regulated environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of risk controls, policies and procedures
• Creative and analytical thinker able to work with all management levels
• Comfort with learning new platforms quickly
• Familiarity with AI tools to support client research and productivity (a plus)
• Bonus: OTC trading, brokerage services or financial product sales
• Bonus: AML compliance or regulatory monitoring experience
• Bonus: passion for fintech and digital assets
• Must be based in LATAM or Europe

Responsabilidades

• Field inbound calls, texts, and emails from clients and make outbound efforts to assist and promote services
• Follow compliance policies and SOPs to complete tasks accurately
• Collaborate with compliance to identify and report suspicious activity
• Develop and maintain strong, lasting client relationships
• Educate clients on platform basics, wallets, Bitcoin and crypto offerings
• Guide clients through crypto trades by bank wire and ACH
• Track quarterly progress metrics (call quality, registrations, trading)
